In 2011, Antioch Redevelopment Partners LLC – an operating entity underneath the IAS umbrella – began the full redevelopment of the Antioch Mall. The original Mall first opened in 1956 and was an iconic shopping destination in the Northland for decades. The goal of the project was to bring a renewed life to the center through a unique mix of shops, restaurants and apartments. As of the Fall of 2017 – the project is over 85% occupied.

In 1999, IAS Partners acquired the Blue Ridge Mall. After a few years of managing the existing space, our company switched gears and created a full redevelopment plan for the site. After working with the City of Kansas City, Missouri to secure tax increment financing for the project, IAS was able to complete a full demolition of the mall and redevelopment of the site into a 45-acre mixed use redevelopment, now commonly known as the Blue Ridge Crossing shopping center.

Blue Ridge Tower Building
